5% Discount:
Spend over $500.00 and receive a 5% discount, rebated back to your credit card after receipt of merchandise.  Simply e-mail us at orders@doolittlesinc.com with the discount number included on your order slip.

Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges must be received within 21 days of date order was shipped.  All other returns will receive a company credit towards future orders.  All returns must have a return authorization number (RA#)to be accepted by our shipping/receiving department.  Call Doolittles to receive an RA# on specific situations only.  Write your RA# on the outside of package and ship to the address below.

Closeout Items:
Samples and limited closeout items are FINAL SALE.  NO Exchanges or Returns will be accepted.

Cancellations:
All cancellations of orders must be within 5 days of placing order.  Any additional size or fit changes after the 5 day period will result in a $5.00 charge per item changed.

Backorders:
Doolittles makes every effort to ship all orders complete.  If the choice is ours to backorder some items there will be no additional shipping charges.

Lead-times:
Doolittles takes pride in our quick turn production time for your order.  We usually ship 5-7 days from receiving a final order.  Please allow for some variances at certain times of year.  Please inquire with Doolittles about any RUSH needs you may have to meet a deadline.  Thank you for your business we will bend over backwards to make you satisfied with Doolittles.  We are committed to our customers and their needs!
